Cancellation / No-Show Policy
As a courtesy to our other clients, please notify us 24-hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule part or all of your appointment. Clients that cancel within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total.
Although we accept walk-ins, appointments are encouraged. We also encourage you to pre-book your next appointment upon checkout. We send out a reminder email and text a couple of days before your appointment. Anyone booked for 3 or more services in one day will incur a fee of 50% of the total service(s) if any of the services are canceled the same day
Health & Safety Policy
The health & safety of guests and staff is our top priority. There is no additional seating, so no children and no additional guests will be permitted.
Covid-19 Policy
As we navigate the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, please note that at any time in the future and without prior notice, guests may be required to wear a mask and be subject to a temperature check before their service. If you have been at risk of exposure or around anyone who has been sick, or if you are feeling unwell, we encourage you to stay at home and reschedule your appointment.
